Welcome to Manor Farm

Manor Farm Caravan & Camping site is a quiet, family-run site located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, one mile from Seaton beach and the towncentre. With spectacular views of the Axe Valley and Lyme Bay, we are in an ideal location for touring the countryside of East Devon.

We have 15 terraced electric pitches for caravans, motor homes and an extra 50 pitches for tents. There are two toilet blocks, which have hot showers, chemical disposal points, a disabled toilet and a laundry room.

The on-site shop stocks a range of daily food, everything for a BBQ and also many camping accessories

The enclosed children’s playground, which can be viewed from around the site, has equipment for all ages, including swings, slides, seesaws, roundabouts and a small football pitch. There are also dog walking and picnic/BBQ areas.

Our farm has a small flock of sheep, goats free-range chicken, ducks and shetland ponies. Children are very welcome to come and help feeding the animals, collecting eggs, bottle feeding the lambs and having a ride on Robbie, one of our well behaved shetlands!

CARAVAN STORAGE

We can offer year round storage for your caravan, motor home or boat in a locked paddock just below our site shop. You can phone us anytime to book one of our level touring pitches and we will pull your van out for you and set it up on the pitch and then put it away at the end of your holiday.

You can also be put onto the seasonal pitch waiting list, whereupon you will be notified as soon as a pitch is available and we will then set you up so you`re van does not have to be moved at all. Although we have recording CCTV and a height barrier, you should check that your insurance is adequate and we would advise using your own hitch locks and wheel clamps.

One of the nicest things about having a caravan or motorhome sited in a great location is the fact it is there anytime you want a break, especially after a long wet and cold winter.

Only problem is the winter weather has also been working hard on turning your lovely 'home from home' into a grubby, algae ridden monster that is going to need some hard work and a good day, or even weekend of your time to get back in shape ready for another summers bliss!

GET ALL DECKED OUT

Many of our seasonal pitches sport extended decking around their vans and these are designed and built by our own ground staff on request.

If you are interested in having one built this year in time for your holiday there is no better investment in increasing the quality of your stay than lounging on an extended flat floor.

This decking is also ideal for use as an awning base, just let us know what the size needs to be and other small details and we will get it done in time for your first visit of the year.

ANNUAL GAS CHECK

you should have your gas appliances serviced annually, or inline with the manufacturers guidelines, by a Gas Safe registered engineer. If your appliances are not working properly or have been fitted incorrectly they could cause gas leaks, fires and Carbon Monoxide poisioning.

Unsafe gas appliances can produce poisonous Carbon Monoxide which can cause serious health problems and even death. You should learn to recognise the main symptoms of carbon monoxide poisioning which you will experience when you are where the leak is and will affect everyone in the caravan or motorhome.
