**WE CURRENTLY HAVE SEASONAL PITCHES AVAIIABLE**

If you're fed up with towing your van around the country, or simply want to come to our part of the coast more regularly, we have Seasonal Pitches available on-site to make life much easier for you and your family.
Your van, once sited can stay on it's pitch all year round, although we are closed from 15th November until 15th March which is classed as winter storage. You will only pay a one off, yearly fee which includes the seasonal pitch, electric, gas check and winter storage.

An annual gas check is compulsory for all vans kept on-site, and is carried out at the start of each season. Safety is very important to us here, which is why the annual gas check is paid for in your site fee.
It is also compulsory to have an up to date fire extinguisher, fire blanket and smoke alarm in your caravan if it is kept here.

As the site is on a gentle slope, all pitches have a decking, which you will rent on an seasonal basis.
A decking provides a level base to erect your awning on and you can have a non-slip extension at either end for bedroom attachments or level seating/sun deck areas.

When you get your caravan, (we would recommend a van with a fixed bed). If there is a seasonal pitch available,  you can have it delivered here and we will set it up on your chosen pitch. Please make sure you let your insurance company know the van will be on a seasonal pitch with adequate locks and security (we will require a spare set of keys). Be sure to let them know our site has a 7ft 6" Caravan Height Barrier and a recording CCTV system on the entrance.

Then you and your family can come down and use your caravan any time during the season with no extra costs, to make the most of the fantastic views across the Axe Valley and enjoy the relaxed country atmosphere.
